Golf After School Program

Fall 2024

The Golf After School Program is designed to introduce juniors (ages 7 to 11) to the game of golf through an informative and fun instruction environment.  Students will be escorted from the Lake Bluff Elementary School or shall arrive at the designated start time.  Our professional staff will work with junior golfers to establish sound golf fundamentals.   Each session is 4 weeks with sessions on either Tuesday or Thursday afternoons.  Sessions start at 2:45pm and finish at 4:00pm.  Fees are $150 per junior per session payable in advance.  No refunds will be issued for missed sessions due to weather, failure to attend, or illness.
Dates are as follows:
Tuesday Session Dates: 9/3; 9/10; 9/17 & 9/24
Thursday Session Dates: 9/5; 9/12; 9/19 & 9/26

Instruction Format as follows:
Session #1 – Introduction to Golf; Rules & Etiquette; Club and Equipment Review, Basics of Golf and Long Game
Sessions #2 – Fairway Shots, Short Game and Iron Play
Session #3 – Around The Green; Short Game and Putting; Green Etiquette
Session #4 – On Course Play – This session will allow juniors to put the skills learned to use in an on-course setting.

Session Rules:
Arrive on time.
Golfers must provide their own clubs.
No food and beverage allowed during sessions.
